Anna Costalonga is both the Manager for Grepit North, responsible for HR, and works as a Project Leader. How do you balance your different roles within the company?
“Balancing my different responsibilities is challenging, but it’s also what makes my work so rewarding. As the Manager for Grepit North and a Project Leader, I focus on driving the office’s development while also enjoying my technical work and ensuring we deliver high-quality results. At the same time, the HR role is key to building and keeping our great team. This mix allows me to have a full view of the business and really make a difference in our success.”
What’s the best part of working at Grepit in Luleå?
“The best part is our team and the culture we’ve built here. We are a mix of young talents and senior experts, which creates a dynamic and creative work environment where everyone is encouraged to share their ideas. We also have a lot of fun together, which helps us work hard while enjoying the process. Leading such a dedicated team, while also being hands-on in technology development, is inspiring.”
What are your thoughts on the future of Grepit AB and the Luleå office?
“I see a very bright future ahead. Our position in Luleå gives us a unique chance to keep growing in a region with great potential for technology development. I’m looking forward to expanding our team with more talented people and strengthening our relationships with local and international partners.”
